This survey was done in 2006: Malaysia is ranked 17th (3rd happiest in Asia behind Bhutan (??) and Brunei (of course they would be happy there!)); our southern neighbour is 36 rungs below us - they are not that happy after all...
With all the turmoil recently, I just wonder what the happiness level would be now?
